Nozzle Selection Guide
Use the table below to choose the correct methanol/nozzle size for your vehicle.
1. Determine Your Engine Power
Find the horsepower (HP) value in the first column that is closest to your vehicle’s engine output.
2. Determine Your Turbo Boost Pressure
Select the turbo boost range (PSI) from the top row of the table.
Example: 25–29 PSI, 34–39 PSI, etc.
3. Find the Intersecting Cell
At the intersection of your engine power and boost pressure, you will find the required nozzle flow rate (cc/min or GPH).
4. Select the Part Number
Refer to the colored table on the right to match the flow rate with the corresponding nozzle part number.
Example
Your vehicle: 300 HP
Turbo boost: 29 PSI
👉 According to the table, the required value is 259 cc/min.
👉 From the list, you can select the closest option: MN035 (220 cc/min) or MN040 (252 cc/min).
Notes
For extra safety, you can select the next higher nozzle size closest to the calculated flow value.
For very high horsepower or boost levels, dual nozzle setups may be preferred.
