By introducing a fine water-methanol mist into the intake stream under boost, the system dramatically reduces intake manifold temperatures and exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) to prevent piston melting while eliminating engine knock through increased effective octane ratings.
Advanced Solenoid & Controller Architecture Unlike standard setups, the Stage 1.5+ TD kit includes a fast-reacting solenoid valve mounted directly before the nozzle. This eliminates any risk of gravity siphoning or unwanted fluid leakages in complex routing configurations.
