By utilizing pulse-width modulation (PWM) across 2D or 3D maps driven by TPS, MAP, or engine load, the system delivers precise quantities of water-methanol mist to drastically lower manifold air temperatures and exhaust gas temperatures (EGT), protecting pistons from thermal failure while maximizing octane levels.
Advanced Solenoid & Bypass Architecture Unlike standard setups, the Stage 4+ PWM kit includes an integrated fast-reacting solenoid valve mounted directly before the nozzle, providing an injector-style response and eliminating any risk of gravity siphoning.
