Intercooler Water Spray Kit V3 Stage 2 – Boost Performance

The Bosphorus Innovations Intercooler Water Spray Kit V3 Stage 2 is an effective and affordable solution for reducing intercooler and intake air temperatures in high-performance and turbocharged vehicles.

By spraying a fine water mist directly onto the intercooler surface, the system helps remove heat from the intercooler core and improve charge air cooling. Lower intake air temperatures can contribute to more consistent engine performance, especially during repeated acceleration, high-load driving, and demanding performance applications.

High-Performance Intercooler Cooling

The V3 Stage 1 kit features a 5 bar (72 psi) water pump capable of delivering up to 3 liters per minute. Combined with two super-atomizing spray nozzles and an anti-drip check valve, the system provides efficient water distribution across the intercooler.

The system is designed for air-to-air intercoolers, oil coolers, and AC radiators, making it a versatile cooling solution for a wide range of performance vehicles.

Easy User-Controlled Activation

The system can be activated using the supplied Wide Open Throttle Switch setup. This allows the driver or ECU-controlled system to activate intercooler water spraying when additional cooling is required.

3-Liter Reservoir & 5 Bar Pump

The compact 3-liter water tank provides a practical water supply for the spray system, while the 5 bar pump generates the pressure required for effective atomization.

Important: The pump is not self-priming. Position the pump underneath the water tank as specified in the installation instructions. The supplied installation document also specifies placing the check valve as close as possible before the tee fitting.

Water & Installation Requirements

For reliable operation, use drinking water only. The supplied installation documentation specifies that the components are water-resistant and specifically advises against using alcohol- or detergent-based liquids.
